drinking party @ German reataurant

Teacher and friends from ex-German class and I went to German restaurant in Ichagaya(Tokyo). It was a second time to meet and have a dinner with them outside of the school :-)

2005/2006 is a German year in Japan, so I could see a lot of posters which related to it in the restaurant. And i thought I could watch some German football game in there, but I could only watch something video for sightseeing on the screen :-S

1. First of all :-D , we drank Bier!! I started ti drink it before "cheers!", so I pretended not to drink in a hurry.

2. SAUSAGES!! I've never eaten such amount of sausages... my favorite on is white sausage (weis Wurst). And there was my enemy.....Sauerkraut $-) ( fermented cabbage with vinegar?) I tried to eat it again but i couldn't eat it again. Everybody(without me) ate it with smile :-O

3. Cutlet with German potato and kidney beans. Cutlet was of course tasty, but I liked German potato much. I wanna know how to season!

In the restaurant, we could see the stage of violin and clarinet. They played German old song maybe. Our teacher knew what song they were playing, but we couldn't know. And after it, one woman started to sing some German song, and she let us sing with her compulsorily 0) We sang "Ja (yes)" and "Nein (no)" between the song 'cause we remember almost only them!

Are you looking?

First pic is a ...hmmm...how should I explain... :-S a small doll of Tulio!
He, Tanaka Marcus Tulio, was born in Brazil between Italian descent mother and Japanese descent father. He is now a football player of Urawa Reds, a Japanese football team. His style of playing football is very aggressive (not in a bad meaning) and have a passion for football. My character is a opposite of his, so I long him :-)

Second pic is a seal which came with my friend's letter.
I don't know if she realize that the boy's uniform color, red is a team color of Reds, anyway it's cute :-> Don't you think so?
She loves football more than me, and I've thought I want to talk about it with her, but she went to New Zealand to study English. It was a surprising and sad news, but this oppotunity will bring her a great experience and she is very nice person, so I hope that her new life become wonderful ;-)

Ganbatte ne, Isome :-D :-D :-D

Tokyo Dome

On 27th, we went to Dokyo Dome stadium to watch baseball game, Yomiuri Giants vs Yokohama Baystars.

I'm not fan of Giants and Baystars but my brother is a Giants' fan, so he was enjoyed it and looked excited :-)

We sat in front of Baystars' cheering groupe, their act and talking, no, shouting during the game was interesting. When people watch a sports, their character change. I learned it from them.

The game was finished in the score of 4-4, so there wasn't big depress or joy in both Giants side and Baystars side. But my brother was satisfided because he could watch a home run by Kiyohara who is a big star blayer of him :->

busy day

My brother came to here today, so I went to Tokyo station.

On the way to there, I went to Tokyo Metropolitan Museum to see a retrospective exhibition of my favorite artist, Alphonse Mucha.

When I was a junior high school student, I found a letter set with his pictures. His paintings are very beautiful and still attract me.

The exhibition was great, but soooooooooo many people were there....it was like a full train in a rush hour :-O After I left the room, entrance was limited even if it was around a.m. 11 and weekdays.

You can? see Mucha's paintings in first and second photo.

The third one was taken by my brother! His fotopage debut :-D yeah!

His comment: Good luck, everyone.

The ball is used for baseball. Baseball is very popular among Japanese people, and of course he loves it. He is Yomiuri Giants' big fun, so we are going to watch their game in TokyoDome on Sunday. (Yomiuri Giants is a strong and the most popular team in Japanese baseball world. My friend's boyfriend said 90%? of Japanese likes Giants...but I'm Hansin Tigers' fun :-D )

This ball is displayed in "Marunouchi oazo" , covering with players' and managers' comment. My brother seemed very happy. People around the ball also seemed very happy.

job hunting

First of all, thanks Asuka!

Today I finally bought shoes and bag for job hunting :-D

I wasn't serious for job hunting seminar which my school held, and didn't do any research for it. So I didn't know which shoes or bag were good for it. Asuka, my friend, told me some tips for buying these goods even if I sent a mail in midnight. I have a seminar on Thursday, and will go with them!

These are must need stuff, but my savings flew away and away... Sayonara

I can't sleep cause I drank too much

I went to drinking party in German Izakaya (kind of restaurant or bar) with friends who were in a German class last year and our German teacher (but he is Japanese :satisfied_nod: ). It was very fantastic! Super!

The taste of sausages were best I've ever eaten (i like weiss Wurst :-> )
Beer, I forgot which brand I drank, was tasty. Not bitter :-> It was kind of surprise.
We ate some more dishes, but the two were memorable :-D for me.
And....I couldn't eat Sauerkraut again....It's little bit sour for me...

We talked about each trip or plan to Germany, World Cup, next semester's class or job hunting. Our teacher's memory and photos in Germany were interesting for us! I wanna go there!

BUT!!! One thing that I forgot to do :-( I forgot to take a picture of our party and dinner though I was going to do it. I noticed it AFTER WE ATE ALL!!

Does anyone take me to the German Izakaya again?
